Description
Backdrop Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental Duration & Pricing:
• One-Day Rental: $80
• Weekend Rental (2–3 Days): $120
• Additional rental days may be arranged upon request.
Deposit & Security
• A $50 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental.
• The deposit will be returned after the backdrop is returned in its original condition.
• If the backdrop is damaged, stained, torn, or otherwise unusable, part or all of the deposit may be withheld to cover repairs or replacement costs.
Liability for Damages
• The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.
• If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the renter agrees to cover the full repair or replacement cost.
• Minor scuffs or normal wear are expected, but significant damage (e.g., rips, stains that cannot be removed, water damage) will result in additional charges.
Pickup & Return
• Backdrops must be returned with in 24hrs to avoid late fees.
• Late returns may be subject to an additional daily rental fee.
• Delivery and pickup may be available for an additional charge.
By renting a backdrop, the renter agrees to these terms.
