This sunflower family photo session at Davis Family Farm in Caledon, Ontario was extra special for me. I’ve known this family for over 10 years. Watching their boys grow from newborns into energetic, joyful kids has been one of the greatest parts of my job.

We wandered through the sunflower and oat fields together, letting the boys explore freely. This is exactly the kind of session I love full of movement, laughter, and connection.

There’s a beautiful rustic swing on the farm, and it made the perfect backdrop. The light just poured through the trees, giving us that dreamy glow photographers chase. This location offers space, golden light, and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s ideal for families who want to slow down and enjoy an evening together barefoot in the grass, surrounded by nature.

Whether it’s your first session or your tenth, there’s always something magical about photographing your family in a field of sunflowers. This farm is where memories bloom. What I love most about these sessions isn’t just the scenery it’s the connection. The way families interact when they feel safe, free, and happy together in a beautiful place.
